Nicol, et al, nor or formerly; in front or east by of Dr. C.P. Avcock. Dr. J. A. Gravois, Arthur Adams, Mrs. Thomas Terrebonne and Jos. Nicol, et al., all now or formerly; in the rear, or west by lands of Louisiana Land and Exploration Company. Said tract of land containing 45 (full legal description attached) acres, more or less. This parcel includes an approx. 3 acre plot with an active well, Griffin #1 well operated by LLOX, L.L.C, that is at end of life & includes all monies due and to become due and payable on this donated interest as a result of production from this unit and well.
